The project aims to develop a servo-active balancer equipped with sensors, which, in the form of a servo mechanism, reacts immediately when the operator lightly touches it and moves the load as long as a direction is specified by the touch. To make it easier to maneuver loads, e.g. threading a cockpit into a vehicle, a virtual channel with an adjustable tolerance width is specified.

The lab is responsible for the development of control algorithms for motion specification, load compensation, servo operation and control of the virtual channel.
